1.Description: The product is a functional masterbatch which uses polyethylene resin and defoamer as the main raw material processed by extrusion. It is developed for eliminating the moisture in producing Thin-film product, sheet product,etc.This masterbatch may be used to add and simply mix with the raw materials before the plastic molding processing, which make us carry out molding processing without the drying process, so it is user-friendly, and can improve the production efficiency and reduce energy consumption.

3.Specifications

a.Products Performances:Plasticating good, color ranges from white to gray, there are certain rules of the granular material, no impurities and no peculior smell.

b.Physical Index: Density g/cm³  1.5±0.4g/cm3;  Volatility%  1.5±0.5%;  MFR(g/10min)  15.0~25.0g/10min

4.Application:  Processing plastic product (e.g.film, bag,etc)

5.Packing & Store

a. Handle carefully to avoid packaging damaged;
b. Store in ventilated, dry and cool place to keep out of sun exposure and rain;
c. Recommended storage life: Up to 6 months provided it is stored as directed.
